This is a quick animated test of the new Razer Hydra input plugin for Blender. Suzanne’s head direction is slaved to the orientation of one of the Hydra controllers, the mouth and eyeblinks were controlled from the triggers. I didn’t do any clean-up on the motion captured data – this is the raw and ugly truth, complete with slight changes to the orientation of the head as I pull the trigger for the mouth. Single-pass realtime capture is not kind. Need lots more practice.
