Welcome to 3 to 9 January 2016.

This week has been all about sculpting. There has been lots of sculpting. There’s been so much sculpting that I’m all out of free time to make any meaningful progress on “A moment in the sun”… and I’m OK with that because sculpting is good fun.

Hence AMITS is effectively shelved until February. Hence Pointy’s outrage in this week’s picture.

Will it stay shelved? The handy composite of experienced film makers in my brain is telling me to just get on and put these two in a movie already. Let the poor thing loose and let it be inexperienced and lumpy. Suffer that inevitable gut punch from the harsh reality check you’ve been unconsciously avoiding by spending all that time in development. Get over yourself, stop trying to make it perfect and just bloody MAKE IT!

In the meantime, there will be sculpting until the end of January and possibly more cartoons of Pointy getting more and more enraged because they’re fun.
