This is not a quoll but it’s close enough: it is a Tasmanian devil. Also a chuditch for good measure which definitely is a quoll.

All dasyurids are expert lie-downers. They often lie down on their front with their bodies flat against the ground although Charlie the chuditch also lies on his side sometimes too.
